Bronze Squad


Coach: Helen Barr
This is the second competitive squad, with each session lasting 1 hours.  Swimmers to attend at least 4 sessions per week.

The key objectives introduced are:

  • Introduction to interval training
  • Goal setting
  • Increasing the aerobic base
  • Basic dry land training e.g. stretching, sit ups, press ups etc
  • Racing at local, regional and national swim meets.
